At Good Harvest Farms, we are able to supply lush homegrown lettuce that’s handpicked fresh to order all year round, thanks to our hydroponic greenhouse. Hydroponics literally means, “working water” and is an advanced process of growing produce in nutrient packed water, not soil. This growing method is what gives us our edge in harvesting the freshest lettuce year round.

Another advantage of hydroponic farming is the elimination of dirt particles on your produce, since no dirt is necessary to grow it. Our lettuce and herbs are also protected through the hydroponic process from environmental pollutants. The constant flow of fresh water provides nourishment and deters insects.
