Our hydroponic herbs and lettuce are freshly harvested year-round from our hydroponic greenhouse.
|

|
We are very busy ordering seed and transplanting veggie plants in our greenhouse for our field this spring.
|
|
|
Our first group of lettuce, broccoli, kale, tomatoes, eggplants and peppers are growing in our greenhouse being transplanted in the greenhouses now. We aim to start our early crops to be transplanted for St. Patricks Day and warmer loving crops just after Easter. We also installed a half acre of high tunnels to push our crops earlier.
